The name of the Company is "The China Aircraft Company,

Limited".

2. The Registered Office of the Company will be situate at

Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong.

3.

The objects for which the Company is established are :- (a) To carry on the business of mechanical engineers,

manufacturers of, and dealers in sport aeroplanes,

training planes and commercial planes.

(b) To enter into any contracts in relation to and to

manufacture, construct, make, design, maintain, alter, repair, assemble and restore, either alone or jointly with any other companies, works of all description and the component parts thereof, and all kinds of machinery and apparatus for use in connection

therewith including articles and mechanical contrivances, automobiles, motor launches and engines. (c) To act as agents for any other aeroplane manufacturers and also of motors, instruments, spare parts and other materials and things required for or incidental to the

manufacture of aeroplanes.

(d) To apply for, to purchase or otherwise acquire any

patents, brevets d'invention, licences, concessions,

and the like, conferring any exclusive or non-

exclusive or limited right to use, or any secret or

other information as to any invention which may seem

capable of being used for any of the purposes of the Company, or the acquisition of which may seem

calculated directly or indirectly to benefit the

Company, and to use, exercise, develop, or grant licences in respect of, or otherwise turn to account
